The location of this hotel was superb, with stunning views and easy access to hiking trails. The room was cozy and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing us with extra blankets when we needed them.
Our Christmas experience at this hotel was not what we had hoped for. The restaurant was closed on Christmas Day, with no prior warning or alternative options provided.

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve holiday at this hotel. the room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was really tasty. the location was great, with beautiful views of the mountains and convenient access to nearby hiking trails. We also loved the traditional decorations and festive atmosphere.
The lack of transportation options. It would have been helpful if the hotel offered a shuttle service or had more information available about local taxis or public transportation.

We loved the hotel's location at the trailhead for a stunning castle viewpoint. The hike to Zeller Horn was scenic and enjoyable. The cleanliness and quality of rooms were exceptional, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious with personalized service, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.
